language is set to English in XL app, but every text I receive about a promo is in Indonesia, the add screens on the app are indonesian... I cant understand any of it, so the advertisement is a waste of time for me to look at. Maybe advertise to me in English and I can see what you're constantly sending me text messages for.... Then you reply to me in indonesian... obviously did not understand what I'm talking about. The rating stays 1 star

Hi Lessirkilion, mohon maaf atas kendala yang dihadapi, untuk pengecekan lebih lanjut bisa langsung menghubungi Twitter @myXLCare atau login ke FB cari myXL lalu pilih menu XL Care atau bisa juga melalui aplikasi myXL versi terbaru dengan memilih menu Lainnya (More), lalu pilih Hubungi Kami (Contact Us) ya

This apps version (5.8.4) really sucks. I can't update on my XL Satu Lite Shared Quota. I've made complain through the customer service but nothing happens up till now. Pls upgrade to a better version !! Update: It's been a year. The prior version of (6.5.2) works great but after the latest version on 21/04/24 things are just mess up again. The main quota doesn't show up on the screen leaving me clueless on my remaining quota left. It just stays 0 even though I have just renewed the plan. π‘

Very bad. Myxl crash most of the time while other apps run smoothly. The worst is when I run out of data and could not use the apps to renew my plan (apps crash for 4-5 days). When I go to the website and try to reach out call center (MAYA), I barely can type because lag. Even after I reported something, they did not resolve it immediately. Wondering how your apps, website and call center works. Worst provider ever.
